Saturday 6am

Had a decent sleep but am somewhat constipated for the second day running. Got cleaned tho and am ready for breakfast with Dad. More action in the mindscape with the whole Liew machinery being upturned. This after some powerful individuals couldn't survive and made trouble. Still can't work almost at all. Feed the hamster in an hour.

9am, Back from breakfast and am feeling better. Had a roti canai and iced coffee. Tomorrow I'll be heading out to the mall to get Jane's cottage soap and take a long walk. Exercise later before dinner. Learning some guitar. 

2pm, Played Sweet Child of Mine and Tears in Heaven on guitar. Quite simple to find the chords and to pluck the strings roughly correct. Guess my theory that there's a better way to learn isn't true. Liew insurgents and evil family members pushed away by nerve conditioning. Showered and changed. Learning 5 common flat / sharp chords which should come in handy, then I'll give guitar a rest. Still wearing my black Swatch Sistem51. I get a perverse kick out of admiring this plastic automatic watch.

9pm, Back from Dad's Chinese dinner in honour of his birthday. We were at a duck specialty restaurant and the food was good but expensive. Bought mango ice cream which we ate with some of the banana cake I got earlier. Meanwhile the Liew 6 burst out of the latest solve from sheer obstinacy. Don't think I want to do any more encouraging beyond tonight. Tomorrow morning I have to try again activating my debit card for use in case of emergency. Exercised a bit and am feeling better.

Friday 7am

Woke up a little late for a morning walk. May head out in the afternoon instead. Not sure where. At least I'm exercising more now. Liew insurgents form a small tight group, using babies to attack us. I haven't been working / productive for several weeks now.

8am, Had a curry ramen for breakfast and talked to many people about living a good life and salvation. Think I may head out in the evening after house cleaning. The morning atmosphere feels foreboding. Right now the Liew 6 are still at large with a posse of about 12 babies. Will talk to them soon.

9am, Walked just round the neighbourhood for 20 minutes. Feeling healthier. Am able to sit at the computer on my desk today rather than lying on the floor with my iPad. Wearing my Swatch Sistem51. Maybe will do some coding after lunch. Fed the hamster earlier.

12pm, Raining outside. Mom has gone out with friends. Tomorrow, Saturday, is Dad's birthday. The first after his gruelling radiotherapy. The Liew 6 are lashing out with a small force of toddlers. Yet to talk sense into them if that's even possible.

4pm, Showered and changed into fresh clothes. Thinking of learning guitar from the piano and sharing my journey on YouTube, using my home grown methods. I will be arranging songs on keyboard and adapting them to the fretboard while recording my efforts.

Thursday 6am

Got up early after 5 hours sleep. Played some guitar. There's now a brown patch on my room ceiling. Maybe a leak or musang urine. Have to get ready for my hospital appointment soon. Liew insurgents are being pretty quiet.

11am, Back from the hospital. Later, I really need to go on a walk. Maybe tomorrow morning. My blood test was moved to December so I have time to heal and get healthy again after the COVID crisis.

2pm, Learning to play advanced guitar together with mind friends. Talked about the heart-mind medical / health crosses as people were worried and using each others' bodies after they were given telepathy. Mom is still at the hospital. Guess I will walk to Kayu early tomorrow and have a Coke Zero.

7pm, Exercised. Have to feed the hamster soon. Had pizza for dinner. More action against the evil mind fiends, the Liew army. Putting together the guitar tutorial I plan to give in the mind. Talk on my payoff should be fun.

10pm, The Liew army is split, some going to heaven and Li Lian herself choosing hell. Most unexpected and disappointing. There's no mood for the guitar learn together we planned but here is the gist of it:

1. Sound / chord changes move the fret hand horizontally
2. Rhythm changes move the plucking hand vertically
3. Rhythm changes overrule sound changes
4. Do not do 2 changes together but rhythm before sound

Wednesday 2am

Took my meds late so I'm still up learning uke from YouTube. Although we talked a lot and saved lots of people in the mind, there are still some insurgents actively crashing people together. Later I may head out on a walk before my appointment at the psych clinic the next day.

9am, Got cleaned. Feed the hamster soon. Liew insurgents under control for now. Learning some new guitar chords. Don't think I want to know any more than majors and minors plus a few specials.

4pm, Back from Mutiara. Didn't buy anything. Had Ah Cheng pan me and iced coffee which was good. Ate some hot chilli peppers which I love. Later will go for a walk. Liew insurgents put back under control as the lead 6 are demonised for their crimes, ineptness and pride. Tomorrow I will be at the hospital for my regular psych appointment. Lightning struck our neighbour's house last night, frying his meter. Also took out one of our living room lights.

10pm, Exercised. Fell asleep on the floor, got up with a numb hand. Took my meds early and should sleep soon.

Tuesday 7am

Woke up early about 6:30am. Liew insurgents still at large but less supported after we gave out some techniques for breaking up their telepathy. Have to feed the hamster. Last night, Bean had chicken which she loved. Still playing my guitar. Working on my script is off for now.

8am, Got cleaned and will exercise by 9am. Bean had some cooked potato along with the usual lettuce, mozzarella, enriched bread, corn, and blueberry. Planning to walk today to SS2. Save money. Swatch is keeping good time, under +6s per day. Some trouble activating my online banking. Maybe just leave it disabled?

9am, Exercised. Talking in the mind about earning money and buying things, if achieving ultimate satisfaction is possible. I think the key here is the ratio of self respect to others' respect: M/T. If T is high, we tend to spend more, and if M is high, spend less. In balance, we go budget. Satisfaction is achieved when M and T are both very high whether balanced or not: S=MT/c where c is the speed of technological advancement / growth. Knowing this, we can plan our purchasing better.

2pm, Brushing up my chord holding patterns and perfecting my pick technique. A lot of learning music is just being sensitive to moulding sound. Talked in the mind about various sins and relief of them. Meanwhile the Liew insurgents are being prevented. Still don't feel up to coding / writing. Maybe tonight.

10pm, Learning to play the ukulele from Andy Guitar on YouTube. So far so good. Decided not to buy an expensive gig bag. Will leave the steel string at home and travel with my uke which has a nice padded bag. 

Monday 5am

Got up very early somehow. Last night we did some teaching in the mind on seeing the future and feeling happy. Quite a few insurgents were turned to God but a few pockets remain. We'll see later in the morning. Probably won't be able to work much. Want to walk again on Wednesday, to SS2.

10am, Just read master Paul Ng's predictions for 2023. Apparently I should be quite healthy and will work spiritual jobs. Watched Brandon Acker on YouTube explain choosing a guitar for beginners. The trouble in the mind is now under control. Unfortunately I lost my memory and can't shepherd it that well on my own.

2pm, Exercised. Had ham and eggs with sweet peppers for lunch. Checking out L. Luthier guitars. They cost 5 times the price of my AK. Also a Malaysian company but apparently made in China.

11pm, Played the guitar till my fingers are sore. Dispensed some body logic to fend off the Liew insurgents. Hopefully this telepathy can wrap up soon.

Sunday 7am

Woke up early after falling asleep abruptly last night. Exercised and got cleaned. Feeding the hamster soon then may head out for breakfast, later to visit the flea market. Liew 6 gave me some pain. Wonder if they'll be dethroned at long last?

8am, Back from breakfast at SK. My online debit card expired, Don't think I'll renew it. Talk of a recession next year as world economies continue to leech money. Reorganising my clothes:

2. Grey shorts / neon green tee
3. White shorts / dark red tee
4. Black shorts / grey tee
5. Blue shorts / white tee
6. Red shorts / charcoal tee

1pm, Back from the mall. I bought a new guitar after all. 480RM which is all of October's spare cash. It's a solid top steelstring made in Malaysia (locally) by AK. Feels and sounds premium. On the way out of Amcorp it got bumped on the side but luckily nothing broke. Replaces my 10 year old Yamaha classical which was 100RM cheaper. May do some recording with it every Sunday for my Instagram @donutwares.

4pm, Just chilling. Wrote a review of my new guitar on YapsGear.blogspot.com. May do some coding tonight if there are no more mind engagements.

6pm, Figuring out my pick strumming technique. It should have a flappy sound from holding it further towards the flat end. Want to get a hard case / reunion blues style but that costs 340RM so I'll put it off till I need to travel. Apparently I take my guitar on board a cruise ship during a world church meeting. That's of course, just a possibility.

8pm, Took a shower and fed the hamster. Family and some friends have nowhere to hide from their sin. This is of course after the West "opened" them. So they're acting out all over the people I meet. Thinking of a solution requires some genius which I lack.
