Was up late. Managed to get cleaned well. Will take a shower at 10am. Go on a long walk tomorrow morning. At 3pm, house cleaning starts. May go on a brief run in the afternoon before lunch. People from America crashing heads together. They seem needy of comforting.
Bad people in the mindspace mistreated me and now are facing a reality that I'm the best place for them to roost, where increasingly they do not trust / enjoy being at. A pitiful situation that is gradually eating up the world of telepaths even non-telepaths.

Will be going on a run in half an hour. Just round the block, to re-energize and burn off the rich food we've been eating since yesterday. Back from my brief run. Recovered fast despite going at breakneck speed. Am feeling quite good. Another one, later next week. An hour or so to rest before house cleaning. Want to work on formatting my short story collection.

Had kurma curry and a salad for dinner, with some brown bread. Finished editing my collection of short stories 'The Gold Jacket". Now am editing "Exploration: Open Secrets of the Bible". This will be the final book I edit (that I wrote myself). I am working at top speed to get all the new info I gleaned, into this novella and to make it more perfect so that believers may be encouraged.
Managed to get cleaned well again. Was uncomfortable thinking I had gas. Do I actually eat that much? Vital to cleanse before undertaking spiritual work!
