Was up early. Got cleaned well. Worked out. Feeling energized (again). Kid minds pressing in to judge my every action, thrown in by the mindspace criminals who cannot repent, not sure why. Will shower, brush, and get changed at 6:30am. Just fortunate to be alive yet another year.
Trimmed my nails. I have 3 nails trimmed to a short point for plucking guitar. Showered and changed into the day’s clothes. I change twice a day, just shorts and a tee shirt. Brush soon and head out for breakfast with Dad. SeTT beat me again. It’s now doing so regularly.
The pre-dawn air is cool and breezy. Definitely will do some writing this afternoon.
