Was up earlyish. Managed to get cleaned well. Showered and changed. Brushed. Feeling more into the groove, lately. Coding going well. It’s not a complicated applet by any stretch. Shoulda finished yesterday but my mind was hazy and pestered by vengeful western kids. This morning, more were brought in, suffering and disenchanted, under a witchy spell woven by the Liew 6.
Will be running before lunch, in 3 hours or so, just around the block and back. This weekend, a torture walk. May try to use my Garmin to navigate to Asia Jaya.
Disinfected my room, mattress particularly, otherwise vermin comes in, flies, roaches, moths, etc. This morning, the air is cool and a breeze is blowing thru my window. No bad odors.
Coding requires some thinking. Indexing issues to be finalized before tweaking the match patterns, etc.
Back from a brief but invigorating run. Twice a week to heal and feel better. Also one or two long walks. Will go walking on Saturday. Meanwhile FastCN is throwing some errors. Have to review the list separation code and loops. Can't believe this tiny applet took so long. Was supposed to be in beta testing by now. Put on the air conditioning to cool down.
More string indexing issues clogging up the search routine. I was careless with that part. At least it runs and tries to find a char, which takes a whopping 6 seconds. 2 would be better, even on this very old i5. A cause for celebration. 2 weeks of designing and coding finally produce a Python applet.
Nasty scare when my BT Wavekeys got hijacked -same as my air conditioner previously. Somehow it's back under my control. Maybe the guy got tired of jamming me. Mom's underwear is arriving today. Taking a break from debugging for now.
