Was up earlyish. Managed to get cleaned well. Showered. Brushed. Will run later today, maybe in the evening. Forces in mindspace still trying to destroy Asian Christians. There looms war across the world as well. Money is tight and morals degraded or over-amplified. Amidst all this, I’m a retired writer trying to survive the bombardment of hatred.
Back from breakfast, BK for lunch, and a bit of shopping at Decathlon and the downtown mall. I got Mom a hand therapy set that looks cool. Dad bought a waist pouch. Myself, have a SupaBall for just 10RM from Popular. It's made by Earthscope, a Malaysian toy company. Launching it off a wall, found it's acceleration rather unpredictable. All ready for beach cricket which I have to finalize first before November.
Westerners attacked and threatened. Not sure what they wanted. Maybe it's something to do with Satanism growing there among their people. I will teach them to be stronger once we are back at the shoebox.
…
Going on a quick run this evening. Maybe in an hour or so. I finally finished making the rules and finding the game equipment for beach cricket. And this November it may take off. Perhaps a plastic “plank” may be invented so the bowler stands more of a chance to hit the wicket, and the batsman should be made to stand nearer to the bounce location.
Just back from my run. Recovered fast, ran as fast as I could just round the block. Over for another week. Tomorrow, plans to visit the flea market and go on a torture walk for an hour, early. Then in the afternoon, house cleaning time. Tonight, Mom wants me to make dinner. Energized from my run, so that isn't a problem. Sometimes, I feel there are nutrients in my blood that aren't utilized except when I am active and happy -which is seldom nowadays. Thus my reliance on meds.
Took a much-needed shower. Am smelling fresh. In fresh clothes. Have an early night tonight. Took my meds and will brush soon. Workout briefly at midnight. Met Jonathan who wrote all those great Christian rock songs. He listened to most of my music tho some of it was painful. We thought of collaborating on “Becky” -the tentative name of the song. But things got in the way. See you in the Kingdom, Jon.
Worked out a bit seeing as how I ran hard earlier. I made beans and chicken, canned curry beef, and a tomato and garlic olive oil salad with Greek spice. Dad was quite happy with it. Mom ate well also. Hope to wake up early tomorrow so I can walk in the sunshine before I do my chores.
We were discussing Col 2, wherein the circumcision of the heart and rising again in baptism are symbols of firstly, our soul given to Messiah and our intention to be raised with him at the 6th seal. You may say, these are just promises but promises are sometimes what you want don’t you? What you want powers you day to day -what you BELIEVE.
