Was up early. Managed to get cleaned well. Was assaulted by Barneous Liew, brought to me by western babies and kids. Much of the west is corrupted by sorcery and blackmail, grooming / conditioning and the mind insurgents strike almost every target with precision.
Pagemaking is going well. Caught a lot of errors. Just a bit more to go. Have to fetch Mom from the hospital, then head out for lunch. Will run in the evening.

Back from my brief run. Feeling good. Cooked pasta for the folks. Healthy, with fresh tomatoes and bitter gourd (small Indian ones). Used some olive oil and spices, optional cheese for protein.
Saw Grandma at the hospital where she's being taken care of round the clock. Think she feels better at least a little. This weekend, she'll be discharged to a recovery home for a while where she usually has a lot of fun. Trouble was we couldn't afford it full time but these are the last years of her life. Mom wondered about her last years as well. And so did I. Dad said the pasta was bitter. He is rather surly of late for some reason.
So "The Lesson of the Single Line Story" prophecy in the ABY came true -I finished typesetting 'iS' and will read it thru one last time. Caught a few errors earlier, hopefully no more. Then I can get it printed and distribute it sometime next week or so.
Need to shower and take my meds by 10pm. Work out a bit at 11pm. Getting more melatonin production from my floor level lighting LED strip which is less bright. Mom resting in me made me sleepy altho she was the one with insomnia. But I guess there's no other way to survive for the folks other than using and blaming me like countless others.
We tried to raise a morality bar and get the witches to measure up since they claim they can't survive. The network we stitched together is pretty strong but she's [LiLian] still nervous and her family plans to celebrate 9-11 are derailed and open for all to see about right now.

Zapped the formatting gremlins in the PageMaker file under 'Story' view. There were just a few. It is raining again. Been a while since I used DTP software which is so useful and precise.

10pm and time for my meds. Shower was good. Am feeling more comfortable in fresh clothes. Less gassy. Brushed and will work out a little bit soon. Guess that's all for tonight.
