Was up late. Managed to get cleaned well. Today is chores day. Dad wants to start early as the folks will be out later, tucking Grandma into the care home to recuperate -where she's most happy being with other old people and being taken care of round the clock. It is expensive tho but for love, spend generously if you are able.
I swept the floors at our shoebox and Dad and I will be mopping. No running today, just a good workout tonight. Had a nice chapfarn lunch and drank soy milk with iced water. Talked a lot about religion in general, pertaining to salvation. It was a good discussion and altho I've lost my memory; everyone feels freer from the Enemy.
The gist of the discussion was centered on privacy, charity, and humanitarianism. These are a trinity of man's values superimposed over God's perfection, and riding over gospel so to speak, they entrap many who do not know that salvation is free. Not metaphorical but literal. Salvation from needing these trinity of laws cannot be bought and sold. The currency is not Christ's blood even, but forgiveness in light of the coming of God who makes all things right.

Past midnight. Worked out, brushed, and took my meds. Also showered. Was strumming my guitar, my favorite Kepma + Daddario folk nylons, and came up with a song. It’s one hold pattern repeated up and down and middle of the first 1-5 frets IIRC. You can view it on my youtube channel, ChenKuang YAP. Had a lot of fun making the video and writing the music too.
