A long day out to lunch and the grocer. I picked Dad up an UA tee for just 39RM at Sports Planet. His tees are getting worn down pretty bad, mainly his old red UA and ION Gear I gave him as they were comfy.
Managed to get cleaned well over at the old place but soon was hit by incontinence jabbing. Needed to wipe up a bit. We have good quality Kleenex which can be moistened, does the job well.
My uncle had a surgery. He's very old and I guess there will be an appropriate event soon. Bought more pesto sauce and an all-purpose spice mix, some broccoli and Brussels sprouts. Midafternoon is cool and rainy. May have to skip my walk tomorrow, just do a short run thru the park in the evening. Maybe this evening, as the air is cool. Maybe I can get Mom to hand over the parcel money and still make church meet. More likely to join up online instead and run in the morning.
Took a good shower. Don't intend to rush to the loo more than twice daily despite the butt jabbing. Can't wait to test out the accu-rounds. They follow the trend in golf balls to have shallower yet larger depressions. The physics of dimples vs. facets is complex because the surface of the round and its weight are slightly different as well. So is the barrel they were designed for. AFAIK, the only reason for enlarging the dimple pattern it that the rounds launch significantly faster and with more force due to their different foam composition and density so there's less need for generating lift.
Ate a whole bag of Twisties. Feeling a bit stuffed. Will have less for dinner. I now drink just 2 cups of coffee a day versus 4-5 cups before.

Had Teochew duck rice for dinner. Quite light. Wrote a Medium article on Jesus' 2nd coming. The argument is that it's impossible to know WHILE merely being an observer, an outsider, a reveler. Those who 'know', know what they know and it gladdens them, as they suffer the birthpains. Ask anyone of them and they will say they were promised to know but cannot tell you outright. And so some of us were set up as posts or milestones towards the 2nd coming. I have been assaulted quite a few times for not obeying prophecy made up around me / divined by some means from me and others acting together. It's a form of knowing -being the bacteria in the petri dish rather than a vaccine in a bottle.
Took my meds early and brushed. Will mini work out at 9:30pm as I’m feeling a little tired today. Workout went well. Feeling okay. Fended off a whole army of witchlings unleashed by the dying Liew core 6.
More witchlings attacking under the wing of Allen. A puppet of the Liews. Attacking their own people, having been corrupted by spying on the west and making trouble for them. We just gave them light punishment tho they struck with deadly intent and are interspersing evil thoughts. This takes patience.
