Slept past 2am last night and was surprised I could actually fall asleep. Woke up past 10am. Managed to get cleaned well. Heading out to the mall soon. Frag's collision function is working well. May have to skip Bible online meetup. Can't believe it took a week to finish coding my simple CLI applet. With some tuning it could be a fun game.
Back from the mall with Dad. Mom is out with her younger brother. I bought a multimeter from ACE. Takes me back to when I owned a Sunwa (not Sanwa), which was cheap, 35RM IIRC. This one’s a Wokin digital, and cost over 80RM. Need to get a fresh battery for it as the supplied one swelled and leaked.
There are reasons for stocking up on certain (desirable) things. But while at the mall, the revenge machines of the east and the west flared up again. I suspect people are using others as proxies to act in mindspace and they have come into my mindspace as they want to be safe while appeasing the powerful who are offended.
My aunt and uncle dropped by to share durian. I packed them some expensive Chinese tea. Mom played the piano. Taking a brief rest before filling in Frag’s collision handlers now that I know how it goes. My daily readership has swelled to 600+ on YAPsDiary and DogBlots. Circa double compared to months back.
Am tackling Frag's AI now. I really am doing this as a free relaxation now that I'm retired. Just that my time is divided between enjoying life and sorting out people’s mental health problems. I wish I had more free time to enjoy my Wokin multimeter as well. Just bought it a 16RM battery, a whopper of a cell that hopefully should last till 2030.
Dinner of noodles was good. I don’t feel like overeating much nowadays. Have to spend some hours talking with family who are mentally ill.
Talks were productive, and the Liew witches are angry as heck. Had a shower and am changed into clean clothes. Sprayed down my chair with a bit of disinfectant. Need to drink more water.
Almost midnight. Brushed and am working out now. Workout went well. Feeling energized. Am still thinking of building a Kapreka turing machine. Another retirement project. Failed to write Frag’s AI tonight. Maybe tomorrow. Mom’s foot-leg cramps are increasing. One even came for me.
Well past midnight. Am thinking of eating more. Mom and I, nightbirds.
