Didn't finish chp 18 yesterday. Was sleepy after meds and after writing my FFM submission. Woke up circa 5am with a cramp setting into my right leg as it did some days before. Thankfully it was't much and soon passed. Apple pencil seems to discharge 8% per day, idle, which makes it 4 days between charges, roughly. No news of a new Pope yet.
Drank prune juice as I am backed up since yesterday. Wasn't able to get cleaned so have to delay my run. Liew witchy forces stabbing my back with pain and something cold, menthol etc. Trying to neutralize the threat to our group / loved ones. Especially cancer which I am bearing.
Finally able to get cleaned, after an hour or so of trying. Should be able to run circa 10-11am. No inspiration to write chp 18 yet.
Change of plans -I am to meet the folks at the downtown cafe for lunch, possibly circa 12pm. Will see if I can run to the station to get some exercise in. Plans are in doubt as Mom left her phone and oats boiling at home and had to rush back. Not sure what we'll do now. Wearing my s300h Tough Solar today.

Am home at last after 2 hours out to the downtown mall. I picked up something for the folks to enjoy tea in,
Already I feel like repossessing it. Such a cute piece of porcelain. I will inherit it later, I suppose. Notice the tea is rich in color -a good brew. Unfortunately, right now they are over at the old place, photographing a cactus flower.

Helped Mom make dinner. The tea brewed in the new cup tastes richer. I am somehow still constipated after the prune juice I consumed freed me this morning. Try again tomorrow. In the meantime, I am on to chp 19 of Inexact Science. Want to lay down a few paragraphs.
Almost 8pm. Will work out at 9pm, take my meds at 9:30pm. Resting a bit from all the thinking / writing before I start on chp 19. Try to wrap up 20 tomorrow as well. And it has started to rain.
Worked out easily and am feeling a little more energized. Took my meds afterwards and will brush soon. Decided to take a break from working on my novella and recharge.
