Was up early, before dawn. Slept well on Rivopam. Wearing my green Seiko 5 Sports on its new greenish band. Failed to get cleaned due to stopped up gas. Thankfully now I'm no longer bloated. Taking it easy today. Will work out tonight, walk a bit to get lunch together with Mom. Dad goes under the knife today, fingers crossed that he makes it. He may not be the best father but a dwindling family is a suffering one.

Put my Seiko 5 Sports on a 2-piece nylon strap which dresses it down more than the Pelagos-style stretchy NATO. This is a watch that shouldn't be pimped. Was finally able to get cleaned. Brushed. Shower soon. Drank an iced latte for breakfast.

Will shower at 11am, then head out for lunch. Attempts to configure the foot terminal's colors have failed. Can't have everything. Would like to hibernate the system later but no hurry.Using the labwc window manager.

Today I must get down to finishing TinyLang. The devil is in the details. What exactly does a Lie index in a Jumble and how are jumbles operated on?

I think what's not a Lie is termed 'truth'. A set of Lies extracts this truth and any operation on the Jumble or on extracted truth may produce new Jumbles, truths, and Lies. Then Ask and Tell can be used to get usable data from the Soup (which is the JumbeLiar). There may be grades of data which can be selected via operators like | and &. I really have to nail this part down or coding will be meaningless.

Mom and I walked to the nearby shops to get food for lunch and dinner. Dad is in the OT right now. My Arch system hibernates nicely but the ls colors / dir colors are still just B&W.

Dad made it thru the surgery on his heart and is recuperating well. Sis is helping him take in some food and he should be home by tomorrow afternoon. Mom and I had a good dinner and I took a shower earlier. Gut is feeling a little queasy but otherwise quite comfortable. I'm not sure if I will work on TinyLang a lot tonight. Maybe just write skeleton code.

Worked out and am feeling good. Tomorrow, going on a long walk to New Town. May print out my novella EOSOTB and resume writing IS. Want to do circa 4k words and wrap up the second act.
