Sunday 2 February

Was up very early. Got cleaned easily. Was gassy but luckily everyone was asleep. Ate some breakfast. My Seiko 5 Sports gained 5 seconds over the past 20ish hours. Worked out. Went well and am feeling energized again. Want to practice my bamboo flute / DiZi today, now that I have all the notes tabbed.

Took a much-needed shower and am changed into comfy Decathlon attire. Later we may go on a walk / run in the park. Talked in the mindspaces about the racial makeup on Earth and the coming gods of Atlantis to harvest us before the Father does. We gave the Liew witches more confidence / pride, and explained that the races were supposed to mix and mingle. Not to spy and be jealous or in Malay: jaga tepi kain. I think it’s peaceful now. We also have last night’s knowledge to hold on to who are staunch.

Went on a breakneck run at the park, over uneven concrete. Wore my trail runners from Decathlon. Cheaper than Hoka Speed Goats. But I must say Hoka are still very desirable. Came home a bit breathless. I actually leapt over steel gratings and jutting slabs. Great for keeping the mind fresh. No regrets buying the MT Cushion shoes. An odd name tho. Voices came by to try and stop my exercise routines out of jealousy. Yesterday, they prevented readers from downloading my stories.

My Seiko 5 Sports runs fast when it’s not wound sufficiently. Nothing much to do this Sunday afternoon. Helped Mom make salmon pasta for lunch. Was quite good. 4 days till some businesses open after CNY.

Took my second daily shower. I often shower twice a day as opposed to once when I had more space in the old house. I throw out 2 pairs of clothes per day which is okay for the limited laundry lines. Otherwise I’d not smell too good.

Tomorrow, possibly a long walk, maybe to TRX. Tonight, to practice my DiZi.

Feeling a bit anxious. I guess God will take care of my worries. Whatever happens just happens to people who trust in Him and do His work in the world among sinners and seekers. Sis gave me 280RM. A fair exchange for my WaveKeys. I get to spend 170RM tomorrow, out. Saved 1kRM and have 450RM in my wallet as usual.
