Woke up earlyish. Got cleaned well. Managed to salvage my Linux partition after its UEFI was messed up by Debian 12. Plays better with Ubuntu Server but I don’t have time to configure Ubuntu right now. Broke for breakfast with Dad at Stadium and to cook a quick lunch of curry sardines and cheesy Mexican zucchini.
William acted out again and there is animosity between westerners and Asians all over again. Showing them the mind is a dangerous place only makes them more stubborn. So far we haven’t killed or maimed them which is very easy when many minds concentrate on a single ‘atom’ of their spirit. I am really feeling sorry for these telepathy abusers. And it will hurt me more than them -literally.
I managed to tie a better knot with my running shoes’ laces. It’s a looping, tighten-able slip knot. Can’t wait to try it out later. Will take a shower and head over to the upscale mall later. Then run in the afternoon. Now to do some coding for an hour or two.
Decided to stay home and work. Am back from a brief 3 minute run. Have lots of computing to do so I shouldn’t go out right now. William is acting out again, some call him mad. Every psychosis can be treated and we have to try everything as he is a VVIP.

Dad bought some food for our dinner from the tuck shop round the corner. Felt unsettled the whole day and now have some time to code my JS classes. Am now using Ubuntu Budgie on the ThinkPad. Trying to save my Rocky partition proved difficult after the triple boot mess-up.
Back from a walk round the park with Dad. He still has residual prostate-bladder-gut issues after remission from cancer. Life is like that -we must be brave to carry on.
