Up lateish, not running today as I will be taking a long walk. Got cleaned early. Worked out. Feeling stronger. Will set off early, around 9am.
1pm, Back from Amcorp an hour ago. Bought cleaning solution for my records, 50RM, and a soft bath sponge to wipe it on. Quite effective. Got a good deal of walking in as well. Will shower soon and change into a fresh shirt.
2pm, Ate voraciously as I was quite drained after the long walk. Feeling healthier actually and enjoying music again. “Clear Groove” really worked well. Talking about prophecy with those who’ve sinned.
4pm, Raining. Mom a bit tired of cooking. Maybe tomorrow we’ll eat out.
5pm, Having noodles for dinner. Doing ‘support duty’ for the folks who are ill. Sis may be pulled over soon after her mad rampage with Li Lian.
8pm, Helped make dinner with Mom. Took my meds early with a Rivotril. Trialling a new way to survive with the witchy types nobody wants to hurt. They need to be put on a routine.
