Up earlyish. Got cleaned and fed the hamster. Will be going on a walk later, just down the road to the station and back. Was unable to pacify the Liew witches so today they lashed out at Christians again and got a runny nose / loose ass. Unable to work much due to these disturbances.
11am, Going out for lunch soon. Edited Mss2 a bit. Changed the fonts and cleaned up its styles. Lost more Twitter followers. I no longer care that much. Thinking I may do my own book spine taping, tucking the ends into the cover and rolling the middle smooth. Get nicer tape too.
2pm, Back from a 20-minute walk. Feeling regulated. Put on the a/c to cool down. Redesigned my 2 book covers. Looks professional.
4pm, Exercised a bit. Feeling healthier. Ready to lay down some text.
7pm, Had choytham / cabbage shoots for dinner. My favorite vegetable. Fed the hamster. Bean is getting old and isn't eating so well lately. Talked a lot in the mind about sin and punishment, and healing from both. Came face to face with deep-seated demons of the flesh. Made headway on SH.
11pm, Brushed, took my meds. Talked at length about the witchcraft of the Liew 6 and the coming tribulation. Turning in at midnight.
